Admitted-- summer courses MIX UP

I've been accepted at UC Davis as a Biochemistry major, and am still waiting to hear from UC Berkeley.

I have not finished all pre reqs. I am currently in Gen Chem II and Bio II, but will not have finished the lab portion of Gen Chem by the end of the semester. On my application I said I would take finish chemistry Lab over the summer at my current school (NYU).

I am wondering if there's a chance that Davis (or Cal, if I get in) will let me take the course at their university this summer, instead of making me stay in New York (I'm from California) for the summer.

Does anyone have any experience or info on situations like this? I plan on e-mailing the admissions office, but would love to hear from you to know what to expect.

ALSO--- in case its different at these UCs: at NYU the lab section of chemistry is a separate course that you're supposed to take at the same time that you take the lecture (main course). I wasn't aware of this (even though my advisor helped me set up my schedule) so I am taking Chem Lab I this semester while taking Gen Chem II. That's why over the summer im supposed to take Chem Lab II to finish the series...
... is it like this at UCs (david and cal), because I'm guessing if they have it all as one class it will be more complicated for me to take summer classes in california-- unless they let me take the whole Gen Chem II course over again at their campus.

Thoughts?

email them about your question, because this question is not a common one for many transfers
