Admitted to UC and what's next?

Hello all, so I got accepted to UC Berkeley as a transfer student from De Anza College, and I have some questions about the process. To begin with, I have submitted Transfer Update Form through Berkeley@MAP and I am still waiting for their reply. (I had some course schedule changes from the PL courses). So, it means I haven’t submitted the SIR deposit yet. Berkeley said 'DO NOT SUBMIT POSITIVE SIR DEPOSIT until I got an approval from UC Berkeley about my Transfer Update Form…

Here’s what I have done.
-Submitted Final, official transcript for college where I am no longer enrolled.
-Sent High school transcript.
-UC IGETC Certification ( I will get it tomorrow )

My Question :

  1. Where can I get my new I20? Should I ask for it to De Anza College or UC Berkeley? (Will the instruction shown up on the CalCentral Dashboard?-maybe since I haven’t submitted SIR yet, it is not shown up yet…?)
  2. Where’s the instruction about the Health Verification? - I heard that I have to provide Health Verification, but there’s nothing talking about the Health Verification on my Dashboard status. (Should I submit my SIR first? and then will it shown up?)
  3. Can I merely follow the given instructions from the Calcentral Dashboard? I mean, is there any other documents that are not mentioned on my Dashboard, but have to submit?
  4. I think I cannot submit my official transcript from De Anza College with my Spring 2016 quarter’s grade by July 1st-Deadline. I cannot submit it because De Anza College has quarter system and finals end on 24th…Should I notify UC Berkeley Admission center by making a phone call and tell them I will not be able to submit it by that due date?
  5. Any other very important information that I should know?

Thank you.

If you are not satisfying the terms of conditions, then they ask that you do not SIR. If you only submitted an update form that says that there have been no changes to your schedule or expected grades for this semester, then you can move on to the rest of the steps.

None of the information in the update form can be verified until after you submit your transcripts in the next month so that form is only really for people who do not expect to satisfy their conditions to be forthcoming ahead of time.

Have you tried sending an email to the admissions office and berkeley international office?
