Advice for Student Council Campaign

Hey everyone!

I'm running for President of my eight grade class, and I was wondering if anyone could give any constructive criticism or advice to help me better my campaign. I really want to win so I can change the whole concept of the student council election to something more than just a popularity contest. My whole campaign is essentially based on the fact that I want all people of all of the different talents present at our school to be recognized. There are a bunch of star athletes, basically the jocks, that are the only ones that get any attention at all. The goal of my campaign is to represent and recognize ALL of the athletes, artists, musicians, even good people, and the best teachers. My main slogan is "Don't be ordinary, choose extraordinary." A secondary one is "Running, because you deserve to SHINE."

Thanks in advance for all comments and replies ;D

Make your posters funny and eyecatching. Photoshopping faces onto popular characters and adding puns works extremely well from what I’ve seen. Many less well-known students win because of their posters and good, funny speeches. Ask your friends to endorse you on social media. GL

@kouren Ty so much! I actually won yesterday! I followed your advice and it helped! Thanks!

Congrats! Glad I could help @JustinDaMan1141‌
