Advice when to take SAT/SubjectTests

I'm a rising junior who's already using the Blue Book and online resources like Pwnthesat to prepare for the SAT. Question is, when should I take it?

I plan to be able to take the test at least twice my junior year with the first test date providing the question and answer service. I just want to know how long the reasonable amount of time it is to take another SAT.

I'm also preparing for the Biology and Math 2 subject tests. Since im taking AP Bio, I thought that I should take the Bio Subject near the AP test date or after so i could hit two birds with one stone. For cases like this, when is this best time to take the Bio subject test?
For Math 2, should I take it with the Bio SAT, or should I take it early senior year, most likely to study more? I really want to have a 700+ on it.

Lastly, please do give me advice if I should use other resources for the SAT. Thanks

I would recommend taking the Biology SATII near the AP test date. You’ll have finished the AP Bio course by then, giving you a full year of extra Bio knowledge, and you’ll already have studied for the AP exam, which is much more difficult.

Take your SAT in Winter and retake in Spring if necessary. Leave April for AP exam preparation and take SAT2 in June. Take both SAT2 at the same time to save some money. If necessary, you can retake Math2 with another subject later on.

Take the tests as many times as needed mostly.

Take the tests when you are ready to take them.

FYI, with the changes to the AP Bio curriculum last year, there is now even more material covered by the Bio Subject test and not covered on the AP test. You’ll have to self-study some stuff…

Take Bio in May with AP test. The tests are like within a week of each other so you can study for both. Take math in January or June so you can study over break
