<p>How confident are you in those two subjects? I'd say go for it just because your classes aren't going to get any easier.</p>

<p>people seem to struggle with bio and chem at the same time. you'll be doing a lot of studying but it is definitely doable as long as you don't goof off freshman year.. no doubt bio and chem should be by far your most difficult subjects first year (unless you plain suck at writing and are taking expos). if you've established excellent study skills throughout HS you should be fine. it seems to me the students who get their GPAs ruined by bio/chem are the ones who shouldn't have been pre-med in the first place or never took HS seriously <em>ahem</em>. you just really really need to keep up with the work and DON'T FALL BEHIND - that's the best advice i can give lol. also, the same applies to pre-calc and calc. students who aced pre-calc and calc in HS will easily be destroyed by those subjects if they don't keep up.</p>
