Advise me on these schools

I'm currently a high school junior from Nevada and I have this list of schools in my head that I would apply to next fall. For the sake of college visits (since most of these are very far away) and applications I would like advice on whether these schools are really reach schools, target schools, or safe schools. My SAT is 1800 (taking it again in a month) and I probly wont take the ACT. As of right now I have a 3.58 GPA, 4.1 weighted. Freshman year I took 4 honors classes. Sophomore year I took 1 AP (Euro History) and 4 honors classes. This year I have 3 AP (Economics, US History, English Lang.) and two honors classes. I have been a part of the school newspaper since sophomore year and am currently the Editor in Chief and will be next year. I am in National Honor Society, I am currently doing an internship at a local hospital. I am a two year varsity soccer member. Next year I am taking 4 AP courses and 1 honors course. My high school is the best in the city and im in the top 15% of my class (which should go up at end of semester)
Here's my current list:
Reach:
Cornell (mom went there so why not apply)
Wesleyan
Bucknell
Target:
Franklin and Marshall (grandfather went there)
Lehigh
University of Virginia
Hobart and William Smith
Safe:
Syracuse
Penn State
Providence College

I would like your opinion if this is a good list for me, and I would love suggestions of similar schools

You were probably a little optimistic, especially with that SAT score. UVa is nowhere close to a match. Out-of-state, it may even be harder to get into than Cornell.

Being from Nevada will help in that you will provide geographic diversity for a number of these schools, but I would say that with your GPA and current SAT, Cornell and Wesleyan are very high reaches and that Bucknell, F&M, Lehigh and UVa are all very much reaches. Syracuse, Penn State, and Providence would be more matches than safetys for you. If your HS has Naviance try to use that to see where you stand.
