AE major, can't sign up for CS31

<p>I'm a second year AE major and I'm trying to sign up for Smallberg's 2nd lecture for my second pass today.
as of now it's 25/100 enrolled in lecture 2 and 9/33 in the discussion I want.
However, when I try to sign up it gives me this message on ursa:</p>

<p>"This primary and all secondaries have college and/or major restrictions which you do not meet. Consult the On-line Schedule of Classes or URSA OnLine Classes and Real-Time Enrollment Counts for details."</p>

<p>and also on the course page it says:</p>

<p>"Primary Section Restrictions (Applies to the whole class):
UNDERGRAD COM SCI, CS&E, EL ENGR"</p>

<p>Have they changed it so that only CS and EE majors can sign up for cs 31 for next quarter?
I really don't have/know any other classes I could take and I'm under the 12 unit minimum for the college. </p>

<p>I've finished the chem reqs and I'm taking physics 1b and math 32b fall. As some of you might know the physics 4A labs filled up fast...33A is out of the question because it conflicts w/ 32b as it only has one lecture at the same time. And I'm trying to save my GE's for later as I only have two left to complete.</p>

<p>Yes, that restriction is always there for the fall since incoming CS majors need the class. You will have to wait until late August for the restriction to be removed, and by that time Smallberg’s lectures will be full most likely. It seems like you should be able to take MAE 101…</p>
