i doubt this will get any attention in another forum…

Baylor College of Medicine is ranked #13 in the country. It is private. It has nothing to do with Baylor University. All of its peers have tuitions that are over $30,000. But its tuition is only $6,550. It sounds too good to be true.

So how is it possible that it is so much cheaper than its peers? Anyone have any idea?

<p>The $6,550 is for Texas Residents only. I'm guessing the state provides some support, since the Non-Resident rate is $19,650</p>
