Ok... so crap.. I'm in CoC right now.. I want to switch out.. chem 4a.. is killer.. i wanna switch to L&S for premed. what's it's policy?

also.. im looking at chem 1a lectures/labs..
There are like 1300+ students... but only like 10 lab sections.. do many people like not take labs?

I remember a good portion of the class switching out of CoC during 4a. If you man it up and pass the course, you'll save yourself a lot of labor and units by not having to retake it as 1a/1aL. The curve is very generous. I went to some three lectures, barely did anything for the class, slid by with the labwork, and still passed with very reasonable colors. IMO, it's one of the more lenient classes, and they understand what's going on in the mind of libido-driven freshman.

Talk to Joey Wong if you still want to transfer out.

As far as I know, it is easy to transfer into L&S if your GPA is greater than 2.0 or something. What you can do (if you don't want to major in Chemistry anymore) is transfer out but stay in 4A unless you can get a spot in 1A.
