Ok. So I have to make my schedule by May 22 or something and I have no idea on what to choose. Does anyone from the CoC remember what they put down or can help me decide what courses to choose? I want to know which classes have the nicest professors and the ones that are easily accessible. I just don't want any jerks teaching me. And also what are somr classes that arent too hard where like almost all the students are failing? Which classes should I pick and which should I avoid? Please help me out! Thank you. : )

all your classes are pretty much set

look in the chemistry section

ok well it only 4 classes listed that i have to take but should i take an elective and im switching out anyway cuz i wanna go to med school but how many units is it?? cuz idk anything about the courses at cal

If you’re switching out of CoC then the classes you will have to take are different. Generally, premed people take Chem 1A, Math 16A and maybe Physics 8A their first semester. Other courses should be breadth courses, but it really depends on what you’re interested in. Consider Music 26AC, it usually is an easy course and fulfills the Arts and Literature Breadth and the American Cultures requirement.

Yeah but I still have to send in this coc one… And physics ew. I haven’t even taken it yet

If you plan on transferring out, you should contact Maura Daly or Joey.

For the advice. I emailed them and they siad I have to wait until spring of 2010! Oh well she said I just have to put that I want to switch out on my freshman form thingy. Gracias though! : )
