So I've been given the priority wailist option at SCS, but I was also admitted to Columbia SEAS. I don't know if I should accept a position on the waitlist and I have yet to visit CMU. Seeing as I have less than 9 days to decide, I need some serious insight. Where would you go?

For SCS, CMU. The chances of getting off the priority waitlist are pretty high so if you really are interested I would take it.

You might as well accept a position on the waitlist. What do you have to lose?

If I end up on the priority waitlist then I'm forced to attend if I'm accepted so I have to make my decision now

For CS, there is almost no comparison.

CMU is like positive infinity for computer science: CMU > x for all x in the set of colleges.

(Note: this was a test...if you're really cut out for CS, you might find that mildly funny)
