AHHH Running out of time need an answer ASAP please!

<p>OK so I'm applying ED to columbia, I sent it my app, got my 2 recommendations and everything but I noticed that there are 2 forms where teachers fill out what kind of student you are labeled:</p>

<p>Teacher Report A
Teacher Report B</p>

<p>Do I have to get them to fill this out and have them mail it even though i already got their recommendations?</p>

<p>Wait what kind of teacher rec did you originally give your teacher? Your teacher recs should be from Reports A and B mentioned above. If you're applying engineering I believe report A needs to be from a math teacher or something, otherwise just give report A to one teacher and report B to another. They need to be filled out (at least i'm pretty sure). I'm not quite sure how you got their recommendations though. Did they just type it out and give it to you? If they did you got to fill the forms out.</p>

<p>Yea recommendations were a seperate thing. But thanks, I will get them to fill this out too.</p>
