So I recently decided I should take the ACT, in case I can do better on it than I did on my SAT (2040). BUT I just remembered that when taking the SAT, I used the 4 free score reports, so some colleges already have my SAT scores! what did I do? :(

Well nothing you can do about it now. You should still take the ACT, because a big improvement will look good no matter what. Also, some schools only consider the better of the two if you send in both.

Yup, I did the exact same thing. It won’t be a problem at all, if you’re applying to those colleges they’ll see your improvement in your next SAT, and still take the ACT, it actually is easier than the SAT in my opinion.

I just took a practice ACT…and I got a 22. that’s TERRIBLE. now I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t take it…

Uh-oh. Was it your first one? If that’s the case, there’s no need to worry, you will improve as you do more of them. Don’t be discouraged!! What score are you aiming for?

well…I guess I’m aiming for a 32 or 33…as that would bring me up higher than my SAT score is.

I’m terrible at math…and I did not understand the science section at all.

After this, switch to PM’s, it’ll save the space.

Which book are you using? And what was your breakdown of scores? I’ll help you out if you want. Took the ACT once with about three practice tests worth of prep and got M-36, S-35, E-34, R-28.
