<p>is it not possible to use financial aid for fall on books now through the website? do i have to wait for classes to start (when i'm in gainesville) and pray they still have my books if i dont pay for them myself now? does uf succumb to book shortages? am i worrying for no reason?</p>

<p>If you’re in a big class and shopping hte first week, odds are you won’t have to worry about shortages. It’s the specialized classes you may have issues with. Obviously if that’s the case, you can easily just talk to the professor, or even better, make a friend in the class.</p>
<p>I was gonna say on ISIS you can check your deferment, but my textbooks doesn’t seem to have it right now. I don’t generally recommend people preorder from the bookstore, but if you’re an incoming froshmen it might make sense to waste a few hundo just to avoid having to worry about it when classes start. Usually if you have financial aid the deferment is like $500 or something.</p>
