Wow, you guys are the ones that probably will be going to state. If you try, you can really do anything. What's keeping me from going to Harvard? Nothing.

Kid, you haven't even started high school. That's what's keeping you from getting into Harvard, idiot! Oh, and your arrogant-as-hell personality that will probably make your interview hate you.

I'm proud, I have pride. Do you not? Don't you have self-respect? A sense of self esteem?

I've already started High School. Do you have bad memory or is everyone like this? I had 3 periods of High School Classes last year and 1 period in 7th grade. I'm going to summer school right now, I have experience. Experience is experience no matter how little or how large. You're being arrogant to this fact.

Masterus, you haven't started school yet. HS courses in 7th/8th grade don't really count, I had them and they were, well, really middleschoolish.
The real high school is much different. Trust me.
By the way, pride kills strive for learning.

Good analogy! Next year I will take several APs and once I'll take them, I"ll go to Harvard forum and say to them, - You are all dirt, I took college classes and I know how it's like in college, so you should listen to me because I'm smarter!

They're not middle schoolish.......I took them at the High School in the Morning then I took the bus to Middle School.

That sentence does not make any sense whatsoever. Your college admissions essays are gonna suck if you don't can learn to speak coherently in the English language.

Also, morning is being written with first capital letter only in German.

"I'm proud, I have pride. Do you not? Don't you have self-respect? A sense of self esteem?"

I have pride. I'm proud that not everyone thinks of me as a part of the human anus... unlike you...

Why don't you just give up in your attempt to make everyone think your "smart"? No one here believes you... (nor do they think your smart).

u don't even need to be smart to take morning classes at the high school you just ask your counselor i have friends who did this and they weren't smart so that is nothing. You know the reason you'll end up in state is because you have no modesty what so ever while you were listing all the stuff you'd done I have done way more than that but there is no point in bragging. I hope you realize everybody at Harvard has done all of that and more but the thing is the kids who are accepted also have great personalities something you definetly are lacking. Yes we have pride you just have an ego problem.

See, now you're going into something you don't know. Everyone at Harvard doesn't have a great attitude. Do people with great attitudes suicide? People from Harvard have suicide. It's not attitude as much as how you contribute to the community.

Unless you pretend to be someone else, Harvard is not gonna accept you buddy. You are rude and arrogant and frankly, not very nice. And you're not a URM either. You're not so special.

actually i happen to know alot about that because i know a former harvard admissions officer. not that it helps me because harvard isn't my desired school mine is yale, but my point is u have a bad attitude and yes that does matter when you interview. Do u honestly think that once they sit with you and realize how boring your awards were, how arrogant you are, and how egotistic you are they are going to see a reason to admit you. Um no you sound like thousands of other Harvard app. your just more rude. I'm not going to argue with u about this unlike you i have friends that i need to go hangout with. We will see in four years.

Masterus, I think you'll face problems with your arrogance even while in high school. You know, community doesn't like arrogant but ignorant people, it calls them -- lamers.

by the way masterus were u trying to say succeed or something because u said suicide. ur post was confusing.

Arogance is a perception. Everything is practically your own perception. Ever heard of Wave mechanics? They theorize that everything is a wave that is perceived by your brain. In a simple way of explaining it. If you think I won't get into Harvard, look at your own classes/extra curriculars. You shouldn't criticize someone who has a more rigorous schedule.

If I won't get to Harvard, then, well, I didn't really wanted to go there first time. At least I'm not going and shouting, - I WILL BE AT HARVARD, - so there's not a lot you can ask from me.
Clearly, I'd say, you have no extra curriculars yet so I'm sorry, you're not qualifying for Harvard yet.

Masterus. WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT YOUR FRICKEN SCHEDULE! We're saying the college..willNOT like you! And less than 10 percent of applicants get accepted. There is literally no way of knowing for sure you'll get accepted. You're barely a freshman...you can't predict the future. You might screw up in one of your classes. You could bomb the SAT. Also, we dont know if you're gonna distinguish yourself in extracurricular activities. Everything is projected. And stop trying to sound smart for God's sake. I don't care about wave mechanics, perceptions, or any other philosophical and/or scientific bs you have to talk about.

You can't bomb the SATs... You can take it more than once. You can't mess up in a class either. Get a B on one assignment and then you get A's on the others, you still have an A.

It's "bs" because you don't understand.
