I'm applying for UT's Business Honors Program. Will the fact that I'm not a citizen hurt my chances?

See, most of the UT Honors freshmen profiles are top 2%. However I'm top 6% (80/1376). Yes, my graduating class has about 1400 people. My counselors don't know us at all. Seriously, they write recommendations based on info sheets they pass out to the teachers. Annnnnyyywayyy...

UT Business Honors cares A LOT about rank. work hard this year to raise it

You have to be more specific with ECs, job experience, etc. or I can't chance you accurately. You're in at

UT Honors: If you get top 2%, then accept
Emory: Accept
NYU: Accpet
