<p>I posted this in the chances area but got limited responses and I thought you guys might know a little bit more so please excuse my repost:</p>

<p>I have about 300 hours of communtiy service and ran Cross Country in freshman and sophmore years.</p>

<p>I am currently 2nd in my class of about 500 and am expected to rise to 1st before graduation.</p>

<p>I am not worried about the essay so please focus comments on the test scores, extracurriculars, and course load. Thank you all very much.</p>

<p>your course load is kind of nuts. You show much initiative. Can you explain your grading system? Just because i've never seen it before. You obviously are doing very will if you're 1 or 2 in your class of 500.</p>

<p>Test scores are rather good too.</p>

<p>ECs are average; have you done anything special in them? Example: I play baseball vs. I'm on all-county team or I am in enviro. club vs. I organized the purchase of 500 acres of land for greenacres or something. </p>

<p>No worries though, your other stats more than make up for average ECs. It's as though taking classes online is an EC ;-)</p>

<p>I'm impressed with the courses, really...</p>

<p>thanks sparticus I appreciate the response! grading system? I just listed my grade for each semester in each class but if it was a one semester class there is only one grade listed.</p>

<p>oooh gotya haha, cornell only sees (and if they see them all, only evaulates) based on final averages for the course.</p>
