Alpha Delta Phi

has the coolest frat house ever. I mean they have a freaking beach volleyball court!

lol......that is true...kinda pointless in the winter though. :-/

KB

also known as Shady Phi...they don't exactly have the best reputation on campus.

tru dat...I've heard adphi stories....most of which aren't appropriate for public posting. wah-wahhh

I want to join a frat just for the house.

I want one of the huge ones on Washtenaw.

mmmm....I'd talk to a greek advisor or someone in one of the frats before doing that. Its a LOT of work just to have the privilage of living in a house (that can be effing far from campus). You should want to pledge for a reason other than the house, it won't be worth it otherwise.

Btw...I lived in ADG when I did my telluride program....honestly, there isn't a whole lot special about frat/sorority houses. The rooms are strikingly similar to dorm rooms...so don't get your hopes too up.

KB

KB

Ha, I was just joking, really.

But I do like the houses.

really? they have a bad reputation? I was considering rushing there because I'm a legacy (my dad was actually the president of the entire international ADP fraternity about 13 years ago)... anybody care to elaborate?

ADPhi is known as shady phi, but it's more affectionate than anything else. I have a lot of friends in ADPhi-they are really good guys, and their parties are fun. They always seem, however to be on social probation. Living in a fraternity house SUCKS in my opinion which is why i will not be living in next yr (my junior year). I would suggest however, that if you are not a varsity athlete that you strongly consider joining a fraternity. It is nothing like the stereotypes and critisms you hear-the drinking/partying is such a small part of it. During your pledge term and throughout your stay at the university, you will develop friendships and form bonds of brotherhood deeper than you can ever imagine. Joining my house has been the best decision I have made at this University. Go Greek!

.............

Shady Phi. Good people, though. They throw some solid parties.

haha shady Pi, lol I wonder what Adphi headquarters thinks of the Peninsular Chapter's nickname... LOL

How are the general reputations of ADPhi and SAE at Michigan out of curiosity?
