Currently I am a sophomore at CWU (all you need is c's to gradiuate!) but I am wanting to transfer to UW for many reasons, a couple of which are because I don't feel challenged here at CWU, and also because I want to have that prestigious degree someday (from the U.) I did pretty well my first year of college, granted I was taking general ed. requirements, I finished with a 3.7 gpa no failed or dropped classes. My highschool gpa was a solid 3.0 and my act composite plus writing was 26, which aren't great stats but aren't bad. I want to transfer to UW because I want to study law. UW seems like a no brainer for law school since it is 25 minutes from my house and 3 of my uncle's went there and also my step pa. What do you guys think? Do I have a chance to get into the U, or are they just gonna **** on my application and then feed it to the seagulls? BTW, I can write a killer essay if need be, and on top of that have my uncle (who is a doctorate of ed. from UW) look at it and help me improve it... but still I can write a killer essay.
