Hi I am a junior in high school and my top 4 colleges are WashU, UChicago, UPenn, and Northwestern. I am constantly worried about my chances of being accepted so could anyone please let me know how good my chances are?
By the end of senior year I will have taken 11 AP classes and 10 AP tests. I volunteer at the hospital about 8 hours every week so by the time I graduate I will have 900 hours at least solely from the hospital and 1000 overall from other volunteering organizations. I am actively involved in about 15 ECs and hold 3 presidencies. I am also a choregrapher for cultural dancing and part of ethnic groups. I have not received my ACT/SAT scores yet but I know I need atleast 32/2100 to even have a chance at my top schools. I am in the top 5% of my graduating class of 800 and striving to become a part of the top 2%. I plan to visit all of the schools above and Wash U is my early decision school. I also got nominated for Girls’ State to represent my school and am running for governor. I am shadowing three doctors this year and volunteering at an orphanage in India this summer along with an internship at the local hospital. I don’t know if this is enough info but I just wanna know if I have an adequate chance.
