am i in state tuition?

so, i used to live in WA till we moved overseas about 6 years ago, and im looking at the WSU residency requrmients, and it states pysical presence in the state for the last 12 months…

i only return to WA on holidays as i live and work overseas, though my parents do own a house, bank account, drivers license, and technically i guess it is our domicile (i think)?

on the WSU pdf residency info, most of the info seems like i could get in, other then the last high school i attended, and last place of parents work, and when we left WA. So would i still be in state? or am i “stateless”. Looking at these costs of out of state, i might as well study in berlin… itd still be cheaper haha…

You have not resided there the last 12 months so no.

theirs no special waives or anything?

Schools may give waivers to expats on a case by case basis. Call them.
