Am I looking at the right places?

Hi guys! I've been looking at colleges and what they offer for about 6 months now, and I've mainly been using collegeboard and the different schools' websites. I just recently found CC and so far there's been a lot of helpful info, but I still don't know what my chances are at certain schools, or if I'm even looking at the schools that I should be looking at. Can anyone give advice on my chances at the following schools or even on additional schools to consider?

Year: Junior
Weighted GPA: 3.74 (however, we just finished the semester, and I know my GPA will be going up, most likely to about a 3.8) My school won't let me access my unweighted GPA...
SAT: 1970 (first time testing, didn't really study, especially math)
Math: 610
CR: 640
Writing: 720

On track to graduate with academic honors
Have had several honors and AP courses
won my school's "French II academic award" sophomore year

Extra Curricular:
Marching Band: 3 years, plan on doing a 4th. Have been to state all 3 years, received 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for freshman, sophomore, and junior years respectively. Last year we went to Washington DC and performed at the Lincoln Memorial. Not really sure how much any of that will do for college admission though...
Art Club: 2 years, planning on a 3rd.
School Musical (auditions required): 2 years, planning on a 3rd and 4th
Show choir back up band (auditions required): 2 years, planning on 3rd
School "Chamber Choir" (auditions required): 1 year, planning on a 2nd
For the past two years, I've entered the Scholastic Art and Writing competition with essays. My freshman year I won an honorable mention and my sophomore year I won a regional gold key, which is the highest regional award. I'm entering again this year.

I'd like to major in International Relations and Affairs. My only worry with that is that my high school credentials don't have much to do with politics. Is that a problem? I've thought about considering a French or Music minor...

Colleges I'm thinking about:
University of Minnesota Twin Cities
University of Wisconsin Madison
Indiana University Bloomington
Ohio State University
University of Delaware
Boston University
NYU
Binghamton University (not too sure about this one...)
James Madison University
Syracuse University
IUPUI (as a fallback)
University of Virginia
American University

Thanks for any input!

I think you have a decent chance at all those colleges except for University of Virginia and New York University. UVA you basically need Ivy League stats if you are Out of state and NYU is only a tad bit easier.
