I know I should have asked my GC well before the deadline (which is tomorrow) for this, but alas, I didn't (and I'm not quite sure he would have had an answer, anyways).

I would like to apply for the National Co-op Scholarship Program, because I was accepted EA into the Northeastern honors program. However, I have not made my final decision as to where I'll be going, obviously since I won't get the rest of my decisions until around April 1st (Brown, Tufts, etc.).

So if I receive this scholarship, am I obligated to use it and go to Northeastern? I can't find an answer on the website (National Commission for Cooperative Education) but it does say

I don't know what to do! Any advice?
