<p>Hi. I am a junior, and a foreign student who's studying in NC.
I am NOT a U.S. citizen nor a greencard owner, and I visa status is F-1(foreign student visa).</p>

<p>It I take PSAT next wednesday, then am I qualified for the scholarship?
or, is PSAT only for U.S.citizen, and resident?</p>

<p>does that mean Foreign students are not eligible?</p>

<p>a holder of a F1 visa is not a "permanent rsident" and obviously not a citizen so looks like you're not eligible :(</p>
