Ok so I go to a public high school and have the worst counselor in the world. I gave him the secondary school report form at the beginning of December and he said he would do it right away for me. Then when I checked with him on the last day of school he said that he had put it in the mail a week before (so the 12th) but then I checked my application status at WashU (because I can't check it at any of the other schools) and they said that they haven't processed the school report for yet.
My teacher recs got sent out that same day and they have been processed, so what I'm thinking is that my counselor lied to me (he is truly an awful counselor), or that since he had to photocopy it and mail it to 6 schools, he forgot to do that and just sent it to one. (Although I don't know how he could justify the other 5 envelopes).
So I'm going to call all the schools I applied to tomorrow and see if they have it. But if Middlebury doesn't have it will I not be able to apply because its past the deadline?

No, no, no. You're fine. For the next 30 days all Middlebury will be doing is sorting applications and evaluating EDII candidates. They will notify you if they are missing anything. The sheer volume of mail they receive makes this a very tricky business, and they understand that things always don't make it in on time. I'd go ahead and call them, but don't worry too much about it.
