Ambiguous message from Fisher

Today’s OSU mail. Thin envelope from First Year Experience. A letter from Fisher College of Business.

“You have been admitted to the college as a pre-major student and will enroll in business foundation courses your first year that are required for admission to the major. Most students are eligible to apply to the major after the freshman year.
Honors students who matriculate in the Autumn Quarter have the option of being admitted to the major as early as their first quarter. You will recieve information about your academic program and the admission-to-major process prior to your first quarter of enrollment”

I’m admited to Honors. It clearly says on the Fisher webpage that Direct Admission to Fisher goes to Honors students.

So I don’t understand the stuff in quotations. Am I in or do I have to wait out my first quarter grades to qualify even though I’m in Honors?

I’m not enrolling unless I know I’m into the B-School and they won’t tell me if I’m in the B-school unless I enroll.

Can someone with knowledge about the undergrad business program help clarify this for me? Thanks.

My understanding is that Honors students get direct admission to their major. To be sure, call an admissions person and ask. They're very nice and more than willing to answer any questions.
