Another hopeful Princeton applicant...

Hello,

For the first essay, the word length is approximately 500 words. Have people been accepted even though they have exceeded that amount to around 600 words? And yes, truthfully, that's approximately my word count of my essay (597 words).

Bump, Please?

I’m sure there have been people accepted with longer essays…but are you sure you can’t cut anything out? Perhaps pick some stronger words, trim unnecessary intros…

If you need any help cutting down on words, I’d be happy to help :)

Thank you for the info! Greatly appreciated! But I have to say it’s okay. No offense intended though. I need to take precautionary measures to keep my essay from spreading out throughout the internet, even by messaging. Its an advice given by my parents and teachers. I’m really sorry if I offended you in anyway! :frowning: Please forgive me!

Haha no worries, good luck !
