Ok, I took the SAT this morning, October 3rd, and when I was going though I noticed that I did 4 Reading sections and only 2 Writing sections (still 3 math sections). This isn’t supposed to happen right? My understanding was there was a essay then 3 Math, 3 Reading, and 3 Writing. I think this also happened to a others in my testing area (Nebraska). Is it possible that the College Board messed up again?
no, there are one section random aka Dummy Section or Experimental section that does not count as your score.
Mine was the Oxygen whatever
Oxygen??? Are you talking about a subject test because I’m talking about the 2400 point overarching SAT
Yes, she is. She was just describing the section. The experimental section can be either reading, writing, or math. For example, mine was writing, so I had 3,3, and 3. Yours was different-no big deal. One of the 4 CR sections won’t count to your score.
Nevermind I just read up on the experimental section. That makes sense then
