Another Transfer Chances Thread.. Please take a look

<p>Currently a Freshman at a small, yet a really good Community College.
Some background: Male, originally from Israel, moved to the US four years ago.
Fluent in Hebrew, English, and basic French</p>

<p>HS Record:
GPA 3.7 WGPA 4.1
APs: 5-Chem, 4- Enviro
SAT II - 800 Hebrew, 770 Chem
Skipped a level of French, and did a chemistry Internship my senior year, as well as a lot of science courses.
ACT: 30 (Engilsh 30, Math 31, Science 27, Reading 29 (and Essay 10)
ECs: Red Cross Club, French Honor Society, International Night Committee, Science Scholars Member, Israeli Scouts counselor ( 3 years, held highest position possible), Chemistry club, and American Red Cross, School's Health Organization.
Recieved awards for community service (over 260 hours), Leadership in community award, and certificate of excellence in my global science program.</p>

<p>CC Record:
So far doing really well Midterm grades are straight As GPA 3.98
Courses: English (Writing), Calculus 1, Psychology, and Organic Chem
Will take French and Honors Orgo second semester.
I should earn about 42 credits (totaled with AP) by the end of this year.
I am majoring in Chemistry, and considering doing premed.
ECs: Turtoring and Teaching kids Hebrew (both as a job, and community service), American Red Cross volunteer. Member of school's Student Senate Forum, Travel Club, and Computer Club.</p>

<p>Will take the December ACTs to bring my scores up.</p>

<p>My dream school is Georgetown, others I'm considering applying to are UPenn, NYU, JHU, , Maybe GW, and UMD (just because they have a program with my CC, where you are guaranteed a spot).
Any other suggestions for matches? I would like to go to a school in/near a city in the mid-atlantic and NE.</p>
