<p>I applied to a bunch of colleges in Chicago, not too interested in big name colleges (except the U of C), even though my grades just might be able to get me accepted into some of them. #Arrogance :P</p>

<p>And so far so good.</p>

<p>But you said you were in a public school, which means you’ve got Arabic certificates, which means you’ll have to go through lots of trouble to translate them to English, not forgetting how hard it is to make teachers at school understand what you need to get into a uni in the USA.</p>

<p>But you have probably received some decisions by now.</p>
