Any anti-anxiety food to eat before the test?

<p>Do NOT drink any liquids until you're at the test center. It's a four hour and you'll have to go to the bathroom eventually. I can imagine the long lines for a five minute break.</p>

<p>Chammomile Tea settles the stomach and nerves. I have nervous stomach problems and bad jitters and it helps. If I eat in the morning before I take a test I'll throw up.</p>

<p>My violin teacher actually gave me some really good advice: bananas. Bananas apparently have minerals that have a calming effect on your mind and body. I've tried it for performances/major tests and it works really well.</p>
