Any bright ideas for OS students to get instate tuition ?

I reviewed the requirements on the ILL web site. And I am sitting here with a invoice for estimated annual cost of $38,976, which no scholarship money for the enginnering dept.

Anyone have any creative, legitimate ideas for an OS to get IS tuition?

I hear that if you make a bunch of threads on collegeconfidential.com when there are already 2 or 3 discussing a similar subject they automatically give you in-state tuition. Congrats.

buy some cheap land, say you live there. Or if you have a relative, say you live with them now. Some schools are wise to this and make you wait a year before accepting your in-state status though.
