i have a 3.2 and my sats are math 540 writing 530 critical reading 510 with many extra curricular activities and will it help with dual citizenship so i will also be Canadian citizen

Your Canadian citizenship won’t help you - it’s really only students in Quebec already who have a leg up. Your SATs would be absolutely unacceptable; the minima are CR/Writing 620-250 and the math would be 560-650, and these are only minima - most accepted students will be above these ranges. Your GPA is also lower than most McGill students, who would be at least in the high 80s/low 90s on a 100-point scale. SAT IIs would also be required.

Because McGill plays non-law admissions very much “by the numbers”, your extra-curriculars and dual-citizenship won’t help you. You will probably be better off applying to a US school that takes a holistic admissions approach, where essays, activities and recommendations will have a greater effect on the decision.

Canadian citizenship only helps in matters of tuition once admitted (Quebec tuition is lower than out of province which is lower than international). It doesn’t help with regards to getting in.
