Has U of M started making decisions yet? Anyone get accepted or deferred?

Not yet… it’s still early. I wish I heard something, but I’m still waiting!

If EA works the same way it did last year, I doubt any of you will hear until December. If it works the way it did 2 years ago, then some people will start hearing back in mid-October. I’m guessing that this year will be the same as last year so as far as hearing decisions in October go, only winter transfers will be getting any.

Nooooooo! I can’t stand the wait :/

I wish they would start earlier.

“By December” last year meant later in the month, so don’t start expecting news starting December 1, or you will drive yourself crazy for 3 weeks. My son applied EA and heard just a couple of days before Christmas, I believe. Be patient…

I totally get how you feel. This is my second time going through this and it’s even worse than when I was a high school senior. I’m having trouble waiting for 3 more weeks, well mostly because I truly believe that I’ll get in this time and because I’ve already had to wait a whole extra year to go to Michigan. My advice to you is to keep on doing things and try to keep your mind off Michigan. Like I always try to be around people and just do things with them because it helps keep my mind off of Michigan. It’s only when I have nothing to do that my mind starts to drift and I start to get nervous and stuff and think about my decision. So basically stay busy and this 3 month wait should seem a lot shorter.

yeah, Nick, Nick, Nick, Nick, please don’t bother asking that question again until December.
