One of my best friz actually got into Mech Engineering for both UCSD and SB. As I remember, his GPA was around 3.9 something (Only got a B in english class). Also, he completed few major class such as circuit, mechanic dynamic, statics... etc
Maybe that is why I haven't hear my desicion...</p>
<p>I got accepted into UCSD for Computer Science which is in the department of Engineering so yea...I guess you could say I am.</p>
<p>I will have all but 2 of my pre-reqs done before I transfer.</p>
<p>Which pre-reqs did you not complete? I ended up taking a huge load to finish everything by the end of spring so I would love to be able to postpone one until after I transfer.</p>

<p>Ogi: He's a third year transferring out, so the budget cuts really affected him in undergrad math and sci, but also the engineering dept took a hit. His main complaint was that they cut soo many classes that he couldnt take the ones he needed and that could screw up the schedule for a couple quarters.. He always had kinda wanted to transfer after two years, but decided to stick it out, until he became to frustrated and bored this year and applied to the other schools. Hope this helps!</p>
