<p>Are any German or Hungarian applicants for ivies around here`?</p>
<p>Dou you know what the application/acceptance ratio for Europeans in general or Germans in particular is?</p>
<p>I'm not applying for Ivies. But generally I think the acceptances are pretty good (at least from the people I know) A couple of kids in my school were accepted at a combination of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, and some other non-Ivies.</p>
<p>I just had an interview with an MIT alumnus and he told me that about 25 people from Germany are applying, MIT excepts about 1 or 2...</p>
