<p>haha thank god cause so far everyone ive come across on this forum has had like near perfect SATs and without a doubt a 4.0 UW GPA</p>

<p>if i submitted my application on september 12th, when should i hear back? keep in mind my teacher recommendation was sent in october 27th grrrr.</p>

<p>if your rec letter didn't get there til the 27th, then they won't have even put it in the pile to be looked at until the 27th so you might be waiting awhile</p>

<p>So so nervous. I guess that's expected when you don't push yourself in high school. Instead of getting that stellar gpa, I'm bitting my teeth right now hoping to get lucky.</p>

<p>its just my recalculated GPA that is worrying me, because I had all A's freshman year but I moved and got lower grades sophomore year.</p>

<p>Yeah... I'm in the same boat as everyone in this thread. Really really really nervous about it. I've lived just outside Ann Arbor my whole life and I have always wanted to go there. Worked my @$$ off during high school, but my ACT score is kind of low for the u of m. I have always been bad at standardized tests. Just have to wait now...</p>

<p>yeah that's true. I hope it's as big of an advantage as most people say, but I personally don't think it makes me a better prospect than most oos applicants.</p>
