Thanks!

What school are you applying to?

Ah right, I forgot about that one, haha

College of Arts and Sciences

You have to play to win.

What's your unweighted GPA/rank?

hmm.. I really do not know. Our grades get weighted for every term, then added up for the overall weighted average.. we never see our actual, unweighted average, and to find it would be incredibly difficult...

i was admitted ED last year to the College of Arts and Crafts (Sciences) and I'd say of course you have a shot.

Thanks for all of your inputs :-)

I know my grades are fine for the school, it's just the excessive competitivity and I realize I don't have any hook or stand-out quality.

I guess I'll have to wait and see :-)

Good luck to everyone else who's trying

Reading is a little low for someone w.o. a hook. How many kids from your school go to Penn in a typical year? They may have trouble letting you in if the others have higher scores. They feel it sets a bad precedent or something.

Oh, Arts & Sciences? No problem, all you need is a high school diploma. However, if you want to go to Wharton, you need to be a "Master of the Universe" like Percy.

Speaking of genius, "capital" is a chief city, "capitol" is that building with a dome in Washington.
