Call up whoever is responsible for the health form processing (i.e. Student health services and the Registrar) and make sure they get it done before your window. Is it your fault that you didn't turn in the forms or their fault that they didnt process them correctly. You better get this straightened out. Elsewise, you'll be stuck the last scraps of classes.

Wait, what?? Are you serious? I submitted mine a few days before June 30th because I still had to get a shot so it's not processed yet... Where on earth did it say that we had to have this processed before we can register?

OK so actually i was hoping someone would prove me wrong. that i had read the online form wrong... cause i thought it said that all students who had met the min. requirements could proceed to registration without delay... or something like that.

i'm still going to try at midnight... and hope that i'm wrong...

Did you try to register?

Chuckleybob- before we get everybody here all in a panic- do we KNOW that these forms must be in before registration. The Duke Health center paper says, " We cannot guarantee that records received after the deadline (June 30) will be processed by the first day of classes. We reserve the right to deactivate you DukecCard if the minimum immunization requirements are not met." but I don't see anywhere where it says you can't register for classes before these papers are processed.

One of my friends who had been vaccinated for tuberculosis tested positive for TB (because of the vaccine) and had to get chest xrays to prove that he didn't actually have tuberculosis. Til the tests were done, his ACES page read that he couldn't register. I don't know if it would be the same because you're incoming froshlings, but it might be important to find the right person to go ask...

I woke up at 4 am Cali time to call the registrar (gaah) and the guy said that it shouldn't be a problem-- that immunization records prevent people from ATTENDING classes, not registering for them. But he said that if there are any problems, to call.

pri430- thanks!!! i was going to call the immunization director... and i've done that waaay to many times to still be on her good side. :-D thanks again. sorry... for the misinformation...

Ok...so all you people really panicked me because I am in a similar situation and I started sending out a bunch of e-mails...but only the guy from the Registrar's office answered and said the same thing as pri430 said. So, in the end, did you manage to enroll into your courses, bellhyena? If yes, may I ask what you did wrong the first time so that I don't make the same mistake?

i think you guys are fine. I recently turned in my health records but on the dukepass page it says the health forms aren't processed yet. Howerver, yesterday was my registration window and I was just fine. so dont worry! :)

uh my mistake was be stupidly anxious... or anxiously stupid... as i've been with the rest of this college process... i swear i got dumber after i got into college. :-D

my window actually opens in two minutes... soooooo over reaction...

So...are windows opening at midnight or noon? I noticed that the enrollments aren't updating until noon.

windows open at noon. I sent in my health forms on June 30th, but it still says on dukepass that it hasn't been processed, which is kinda frustrating, but I registered today with no problems.

good. I faxed my records the 29th (filled everything else out a week before) and it still says it's not completed.

Yeah I turned my in about 4 weeks ago and it still says it isn't completed... is that normal?
