Any tips on how to make sure I can get into Harvard?

I really want to go to Harvard when I graduate from my high school, and I would like some pointers from people who have gone to Harvard. So far I've only been a part of the chess and science club because I enjoy the two but I've heard something about joining as many clubs as I can to beef up my resume or something? Is that true? My rank in the science club is public communications director which means I come out on the morning announcements and make posters for the club. For chess club, I won the league championship for the freshman and sophomore teams so I guess that makes me the captain for them. As for sports I wrestle at school and box in my free time. For wrestling I almost made it to CIF last year but I broke my ankle during a skateboarding incident and couldn't go on. For boxing, I box as a lightweight and have won 3 championships. Last year, when I was a sophomore, I got a 1500 on the PSAT and ended the year with a 3.6 GPA (which I know is low). I got a B in Chemistry, English and Trigonometry, and I got an A in my other classes (AP European History [scored a 4 on the AP test], French 2, and Sports). This year I'm taking AP Literature, AP U.S. History, Psychology, Pre-Calculus, Accounting, and I'm wrestling again this year. So far almost all of my grades are A's except the B+ I have in Psychology (the next assignment should get it back to an A).

So from this, do you think I still have a chance of getting into the university of my dreams? And if so, but you've any tips please tell me. Thanks.

Oh and if it matters, I'm Mexican....

I just realized my mistake… I scored a 1900 on the SAT, not 1500

Have you read this thread? There’s a lot of tips there:<a href=“Chance Threads - PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING ONE - Harvard University - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/harvard-university/1420290-chance-threads-please-read-before-posting-one-p1.html</a></p>
