Does anyone else here strive to be very physically fit? If so, what is a day like for you?

I try to run about 7-8 miles a day, dedicate at least an hour a day to core and strength exercises, and meet a daily minimum of 1,000 situps and 200 pushups.

Yeah. I usually run between 3 and 5 miles every other day in addition to weight training four times a week. I also keep accurate measurements of my nutrient intake from both food and supplements.

It seems like you only started this thread hoping to have your ego stroked. That being said I do about a quarter of what you claim to do so if you actually do that every day, very nice job

I make sure to spend at least 30-40 minutes a day chewing fatty bacon, doing sprints in the kitchen to make sure I can cook 11 hamburgers in 4 different stoves at once, lifting at least 5 different brands of 1 liter soda bottles several times due to my indecision of which to drink (I always end of just chugging everything though), and listening to Weird Al’s “Because I’m Fat” while stuffing large pizzas in my mouth in order to stretch my mouth muscles at the beginning of each day.

I’m glad there’s people like you. Physical Fitness is very important. I LOVED it in HS but I could honestly say since HS ended I haven’t been keeping up. When I get to college, however, I plan to work out 3 times a week for an 1-1.5 hours.

hopefully within the next 6 months. But I don’t know since the condition I have can take either months or years to heal and they don’t know much about treating it.
