If at all :)...

How many minutes/hours daily do you put into physical exercise? (Sports activities at school count, but say so separately.)

Ummm...

1.5 at my gym, but then I work at another gym where, depending on if it is busy, I'll do something there too. (the place where I work is mostly aerobic though)

1.5 to 2 hrs a day, 5 days a week

1 - 2 hours, 6 days a week

umm... does walking to school count?

none! gasp!

swimming=half hour of weightlifting after school, then 1/2 hour of dryland and 1 1/2 hours-2 hours of swimming 7-10. oh, and two-a-days (so swimming at 6am plus all the stuff above) if you're on varsity.

it sucks

Maybe four times a month...like walking/skipping/galloping/skipping backwards with friends for 3 hours at late night or pilates.

Yeah I know. Strenuous!

I exercise every moment of everyday. With the wind blowing across my face, and my muscles flexing like that of a racehorse's, I fight the morning cold with expressions as grim as the reaper's! The rains of the current weather wash away beads of sweat and tears that had strewn and slid across my rosy cheeks.

It was fun to write though! I thoroughly enjoyed that. (chuckles)

I don't exercise.

waking up at 5 am and running up and down every morning is sufficient for me. (i really have no clue where all this food I eat goes)

In the toilet.

Depends on the day. Walking, biking, tennis, weights. It varies between 40 minutes and 2 hours. Next semester with spring sports it's going to be ridiculous, like 3 hours a day. Unless I get a car.

During cross country season it was 2 strenuous hours a day. Xc ended last sunday, and I haven't exercised yet. I'm going to resume weight lifting when all my injuries (ankle, toe, shin, back) heal up.

I walk to the bus...inbetween classes...up and down stairways...and that's about it. I just don't have a need to exercise - I eat constantly but never gain weight!!

Depends on the season-

Fall, 1-2 hours, 4-5 days/week
Winter, 1-2 hours, 2-3 days/week

Fall - <3 hours per week (so sad)
Winter - Roughly 12 hours a week (swimming)
Spring - Roughly 11 hours a week (tennis)
Summer - Not really sure.... Fluctuates by a lot

2.5 hr per week

unfortunatley, 0 hrs ...

im getting to be really really out of shape. im also fairly lazy, so i frequently tell myself ill go running tommorow, but i never end up doing it.

what kind of exercise do you guys do that both keeps you in shape and is somewhat fun to do as well? what can i do to make sure i keep doing exercise on a more rigorous schedule?

thanks

1-2 hours of walking/jogging, 3-4 days a week.

during swimming about 12-18 hours a week

wrestling=20 hrs week
