Anyone interested in LLC Housing???

i was just crusing on the GW website and found this thing about "Living and Learning Communities" at GW. Seems like they're smaller communities of people with similar interests (eg. politics, international stuff, languages, sports, literature, arts, movies etc...) who live together and spend time together. looks like it is more fun, and apparently the students get a better college experience, make lots of close friends quickly...

i'm not looking forward to living in a humongous freshmen dorm like HOVA, it seems that you can get alienated quickly.

anyoen looking into LLC housing??? or does someone have more (i.e. unbiased) information, any experiences?

website: <a href="http://gwired.gwu.edu/cllc/rle/llcFreshmen/%5B/url%5D">http://gwired.gwu.edu/cllc/rle/llcFreshmen/</a></p>

thanks.

Anyone? I too am thinking about one, but don't know that much about it. They really pushed them whenn i took the tour.

it seems very cheezy and pretentious. is this the type of thing that looks perfect as admits but once wer students we just wonder why in gods name we didnt realize how wierd this is. i feel like these are just the types of clubs we wholeheartedly avoided in high school with all the overeager and "know-it-alls but can't get girls" types? or am i just cynical?
