<p>Duke has been top 10 for the past 18 years :D</p>
<p>yeah thats true about the last ten years. Excluding '89, Duke is a top 8 university. Even in the early years of the rankings Duke’s never been ranked below UNC, and UNCs average ranking for the past few years has been 27</p>
