Anyone receive internship offers yet?

<p>I got a call from Scottrade but don't know much about them other than it being a brokerage firm.</p>

<p>I've got an offer and am pretty much set on interning at a mutual fund (research market trends and help w/ sales team?). Probably will do this unless an ibank internship pans out</p>

<p>thats awesome! yeah i've gotten some offers but none relating to ibanking (i really want to become a S&T intern). just have to wait it out i guess.....</p>

<p>depends on the company but i dont think its too late. check the company websites that you are interested to see when the deadlines are as well as checking your career center</p>

<p>yeah i was really fortunate my freshman year when I got a research position at my university, which sorta snowballed into research abroad postion during the following summer. After my sophmore year, i got an intership with a diesel engine company and all of that also help land me my thing with 3m this summer. </p>

<p>my gpa is around a 3.8, but i honestly think companies are looking more for experience and knowledge. Do research on the company before going in and note your own experiences that you feel relates to the company. </p>
