Anyone want to critique my two common app essays?

<p>I'll admit they're pretty terrible, but maybe someone can make suggestions on how to improve or maybe that I need to rewrite the whole thing?</p>

<p>um, i will but i'm an 08er common app (ED though) , so if your RD to anywhere but cornell, i can read yours.</p>
