AP Bio - 100 vs 120 MC Questions?

How come some years there are 100 multiple choice questions and others there are 120? Is it 100 this year? If there are 120, then it's easily possible to get a 5 without even doing essays, so I would hope for 120, but the college board site says 100.

So how come it varies?

It used to be 120 but now they changed it to 100

is it still about 20 lab questions, since i know that when it was 120 there were 100 regular bio questions and then 20 questions analyzing lab data, along with a certain amount of matching questions in the middle.

so is it harder to get a 5 now, or can you still even get a 5 with multiple choice alone?

Maybe.. if you get like all of it right. I don't think it's harder to get a 5, they probably changed how they calculate the curve.

no. because out of 120 ur score was multiplied by .75. now mc is multiplied by .9. so the weighting is same. u can get 4 probably by aceing the mc and sleeping thru essay

does the PR book give accurate MC? or are they harder or easier?

hey are you positive that the multiplier is .9 since PR says that it's .75?

and wow - i don't think my bio teacher understood the rubric at all when she explained it to us.
