Ap Cal Ab

For the firstt questionn in the FR..first i had the answer of 37. watever...but then when i used my calculator i got 12 not realizing that was only the area under the curve of y=2...but when i wrote it on my paper..i showed how i got my boundaries..n then i set up the Integral completely..just when i put my answer i put 12 (i was too lazy to calculate it all out) but i still showed all my work..n using my answer i got the answer to part B, but i still used the correct formula and showed the steps...

am i going to be penalized heavily for this? i meann will they look at it n mark it wrong n give me a few points..or will i only lose a small amount of points because the wrong answer and wrong answer to part b, that was based on my answer of a. even though i showed all the correct steps.

my guess is that you would not get very many points since the grading is based on what you have done right. for example setting up the correct integral is worth 1 pt, having the right limits on integrations another pt, etc and none for what you have done wrong
