You know the rules: no discussing the questions.
I don't think I did that well, especially in the FRQs. :(

I did OK in the MCQ, but… FR was Hell.

I totally agree. FRQs were harder than the ones I practiced.

omfgg the N2H4 question raped me.

Guys… im just wodnering cause I took enviro today, but what the helllll should I study for Chem? bc I feel like im screwed…

I prepped by taking the 2008 exam. The MC was significantly harder than the 08, though still manageable. The Free Response 1-3 was tough (on both), but I demolished 4-6(on both). I expect a high 4 - low to mid 5.

And on both, I barely touched #2

I did sooooo bad ugh everything was harder than any of the practice tests I had taken

I thought that B was not too hard, but with part A, I just blanked out on many things I should know how to do. I was only sure of my answers for like half of each question. Our teacher was absolutely terrible; the worst I have ever had. I should have started self-studying earlier, but I hope I can get a 4 at least.

Without going into specifics yet, FRQ #1 was really, really bad…although I feel oddly confident about my answers? Both the multiple choice and free responses as a whole were harder than any other ones I’ve seen before, so hopefully that makes the curve a bit easier. For reference: I got a 70/75 on the 2002 multiple choice and a 65/75 on the 2008 multiple choice, but here I feel like I may have gotten a 60/75 if all of my unsure answers are incorrect.

the free response was so bad… all my hopes of getting a 5 is shattered.

So a general trend seems to go towards Part A of FR being bad, including the latter part of Part B! I am also kinda worried about MC because they took off the penalty: means that the questions that apparently seemed easy could, in fact, be tricky.

Those free response were absolutely *********** disgusting

FR killed me.
If I get a 5, it’ll be a REALLY close one.

I thought MC was OK, but I generally do well on Multiple Choice Tests.

The FRQ on the other hand, well, Part A was complete torture. Horrible. I had two blanks, so I don’t think I did very well on that one. :/

Part B was more manageable, but the second net ionic was confusing. I don’t remember learning that.

Since everyone else seemed to think the FRQs were hard as well, hopefully there will be a generous curve. Maybe my MC will save me…

Holy s*** that was hard. I thought the MC was okay, but a few questions in it were like ***. And then the FRQ – I felt significantly more prepped for part B than part A…

I’m hoping for at least a 3. I mean, you can fail half the test and get a 3, so if one gets less than that correct then they either don’t know much about chem or they had a thundercloud above their head.

I thought second part of FRQ was the hardest. MCQ and FRQ didn’t bother me much. Hopefully managed a 5.

I felt the MC was harder than usual, there were a lot easy MC ?'s and then hard ones MC ?'s, weren’t that many medium ones. The FRQ’s were f-ing hard…I was hoping for a 5 but I’m think I got a 4.

For me the difficulty of Frq questions in terms of easiest to hardest were: # 4, 3, 5, 6, 1, and then #2. Compared to 2010, 2009, and so on frq’s from collegeboard, those were much harder. This test seemed to be way more focused on lab stuff in general than released MC and frq’s.

Wow, I thought complaining about the test @ CC would make me look like an idiot, but apparently i’m not the only one.
If I were to put the FRQs in order of hardest to easiest it would probably be 2,6,1,5,3,4. The MC questions were also significantly harder and more confusing than the practice tests I have taken (even the Barron’s tests, which are reaaally hard).
Anyway, I think it will be lucky if I get higher than a 3, AP bio is much easier (i got a 4).
Hopefully the scoring will be more lenient than in the past…

I actually thought I did fairly well on most of it, I know I missed a few for sure on th frq
