<p>Does anyone know how many AP credits can be used to satisfy general education requirements at Ohio State? I’ve read the AP credit chart and learned that if I passed with a 3+ all of my senior AP exams, my cumulative AP credit would be 35 units for OSU. However, I cannot find what the GE requirements are. All I know is that I would have satisfied my statistics course requirement (Stats 145) for my Communications Pre-Major…</p>
<p>I think the GECs vary depending on your college.</p>
<p>GECs also depend on honors affiliation. I don’t believe they’re posted anywhere online.</p>
<p>I think OSU intends to standardize GECs when they switch to a semester system.<br>

<p>I noticed that AP Environmental Science doesn’t count towards the science GEC (business)requirement.</p>
<p>Does anyone know how hard it is to petition to get an alternate subject counted for a GEC (like AP Enviro). All other state schools allow AP Enviro for a GEC science requirement?</p>
